Relaxation Plus Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our clients and our therapists, we require a call (218-284-0899) to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not call 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged. If you do not call to cancel and do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment. This policy is a courtesy to our other clients and therapist who are reserving your scheduled appointment time specifically for you.

Relaxation Plus offers text and email appointment reminders to our clients for no cost. However, we will not be held responsible for technological issues or problems. Please document your appointment time in a secure manner.
